My new bike has arrived just in time for another rainy weekend,
but I can still dream bright, right?
And I can’t even tell you how excited I am for my glittery (glittery!) helmet from Nutcase to arrive. They have the most awesome helmets, including a red/white polka dot one I’m lusting after.
It would be silly to have more than one helmet though, right?…
I’m also pretty excited to give my new(ish) Rebecca Minkoff bag a spin on the bike.
It has a great mid-length strap that when worn across body puts the bag solidly in the middle of my back, a la a very fashionable messenger bag. And yes, I totally used this to justify buying it.

I can’t wait to ride to my favorite coffee shop, and all over my awesome neighborhood really,
and show off my new set of wheels.
For the first time ever I’m crossing my fingers for no rain! (usually I love the stuff)
