One of the things that I love most about LA (and Tabitha) are the simple things that can make an outfit (or in my case) a beautiful day! I decided to take my family up to Yamashiro for their evening (5-9 pm) farmers market and wine tasting. The market is held every Spring/Summer above Hollywood and makes for a perfect end to a work week–excuse for an overworked mom to have a few cocktails– and watch those famous LA sunsets.
We got lucky as the rain kept the crowds at bay; Elijah had a blast running from the “french fry” truck to the “potato chip” stand and back….
Be sure to try the sliders with homemade chips as well as lasagna cupcakes, and of course finish it off with peach cobbler so good ‘it makes you wanna slap somebody’
Thanks TAB for giving me the opportunity to share my day with you….
Can’t wait to have you back.
XO,
Lis

Family Style:
Lisa in Anthropologie cape, jean shirt. Madewell tote. J Crew ballet flats.
Elijah in Target pants. Right Bank Babies Fisherman sweater. Lightning McQueen super shoes.
Vivienne in Squeeky Knees leggings. Right Bank Babies reversible dress and flutter sleeve top.
Lisa always looks perfectly effortless- and with two small kids and an awesome business to run- that can’t be an easy task! I’m jealous. And hungry! I’m definitely gonna head up the hill to Yamashiro when I get back for a little wine, grub, and grocery shopping with a view! Thanks so much for sharing Lisa- I had no idea there was a market up there!
And…if you have little ones of your own, head over to Squeeky Knees and check out Lisa’s awesome line for babies on the go! Obviously she knows what she’s doing.
ps. Great minds think alike. That Madewell tote one is my go-to work/play/trekking around Tokyo bag!
