Cheese is a favorite food group in our house, so I was pretty excited to discover these ridiculously stinkin’ cute kits from Urban Cheesecraft. I had no idea you could make ricotta, mozzarella, queso fresco and even chevre right in your own kitchen.
I gifted this kit to C for her birthday, and am looking forward to all ten batches of fresh and delicious homemade chevre.
